Two weeks to go to the Festival Rock En Seine. So, it’s time to take a look to the eclectic Lineup and choose some artists not to be missed this year.
Here we go :
Friday: the headliners THE CURE promise to celebrate the 40 years Anniversary of their album “Three Imaginary Boys” with a huge show. The talented young singer ALICE MERTON will sing for sure her breakthrough song “No Roots” and other beautiful tracks from her debut album “Mint”. JEANNE ADDED will perform a unique show together with the choir Accentus, a special creation for the festival, while WE HATE YOU PLEASE DIE will set the stage on fire with electric riffs and angry rock shouts.
Saturday: a lot of urban music, hip hop, rnb, electro and some beautiful female voices: the English rising star JORJA SMITH, the Norwegian singer songwriter GIRL IN RED and CELESTE and her soulful amazing vocals.
Sunday: we have to go early to see MINI MANSIONS and their psychedelic rock, DECIBELLES and their noisy pop punk made in France. BRING ME THE HORIZON will be there with a mix of metal, rock, electro and a spectacular show. Explosive performance in view with ROYAL BLOOD while the incendiary FOALS will play a powerful killer show as usual. My favourite day.
