PEARL JAM- Dance of the Clairvoyants
Pour la sortie de leur 11 ème album GIGATON, le groupe américain Pearl Jam annonce Gigaton Listening Experience – un événement audio-visuel exceptionnel qui se déroulera le 25 mars prochain, et pour un soir seulement, dans plus de 200 salles de cinéma équipées en format Dolby Atmos. En France, six complexes Kinepolis présenteront cette soirée à Fenouillet, Lomme, Metz, Nancy, Nimes et Brétigny sur Orge.
Le Gigaton Listening Experience offre l’occasion de découvrir, dans son intégralité, ce nouvel album en qualité Dolby Atmos. Cette séance écoute immersive permettra donc aux fans de Pearl Jam de se plonger dans ce disque et de l’apprécier dans des conditions particulièrement exceptionnelles et ça 2 jours avant la sortie de ce très attendu nouvel album, le 27 mars 2020, sur Republic Records (une division d’Universal Music Group)
L’écoute de l’album sera illustrée par une série de visuels créés et choisis pour l’occasion par l’artiste et réalisateur Evolve, qui a également réalisé le clip vidéo pour le premier single « Dance of the Clairvoyants. »
Pearl Jam poursuit ainsi sa collaboration créative de longue date avec Abramorama Office, organisateur d’un tel événement pour la quatrième fois, après « Imagine in Cornice » réalisé par Danny Clinch en 2007, « Pearl Jam Twenty » réalisé par Cameron Crowe en 2011 et « Let’s Play Two » également dirigé par Clinch en 2017.
Quant au premier extrait Dance of the Clairvoyants, Eddie Vedder et ses acolytes expérimentent une nouvelle palette créative avec des sonorités plus synthétiques, en plus des guitares et batterie percutantes.

Twin Atlantic – Barcelona
Le nouvel album Power du groupe rock alternatif écossais Twin Atlantic est disponible maintenant. Avec des synthés très présentes, des ambiances pop- électro inspirations 80s, le deuxième single Barcelona nous charme avec des mélodies catchy et assez dark à la fois.
Connaissez -vous AMERICAN TOURS FESTIVAL, un festival 100% culture U.S. ? C’est un événement unique en France qui se déroule à Tours et qui propose une immersion totale dans l’univers des Etats Unis avec de nombreux concerts, animations et exposants.
Cette année du 3 au 5 juillet il y aura près de 30 concerts sur 4 scènes (dont deux en plein air) – des artistes internationaux et de nombreux styles musicaux représentés.
Les britanniques de PLACEBO seront de la fête, le 4 juillet, pour marquer leur grand retour en France. Avec 12 millions d’albums vendus dans le monde, et des tubes planétaires tels que « The Bitter End » ou « Every you every me », ce concert marque le retour de l’un des groupes de rock alternatif les plus marquants des 20 dernières années. Le groupe travaille actuellement sur un nouvel album, raison de plus pour se replonger dans leur discographie.

Ils seront présents aussi également NADA SURF, JEAN-LOUIS AUBERT & les Sculpteurs de vent, le chanteur guitariste et showman exceptionnel, Manu Lanvin, l’inventeur de New York City Blues – POPA CHUBBY, la franco-britannique très Rock’n’Roll LAURA COX.
Une sélection de 12 artistes Rock’n roll et Rockabilly se produira sur la scène Vintage, avec des talents tels que Alain Chenevière (ancien membre du groupe Pow Wow) & Les Alligators, Cat Lee King & his Cocks, une voix grave et suave au service du Rythm’n Blues, Pat Capocci, expert du swing et jazz, ou encore Haylen, chanteuse du « Jean-Paul Gaultier Fashion Freak Show » et au Crazy Horse.
Et aussi la CANADIAN MUSIC NIGHT qui fait son grand retour sur le Parquet Country avec des artistes country renommés et rares en France : Nice Horse et Matt Lang.

BLOODHYPE –VIOLENT HEART
Succédant au puissant single Hate Candidate sorti en octobre 2019, le nouveau titre de BLOODHYPE, Violent Heart, est un véritable clin d’œil aux années 80 avec les synthés très appuyés et des sonorités très entrainantes et nostalgiques.
Mené par la voix puissante d’Elmar Weyland, le groupe BLOODHYPE voit le jour au sein d’une colocation dans l’ancien Berlin-Est, ses 4 membres trouvant l’inspiration au travers de leurs sorties nocturnes. Après des mois de travail acharné, ils sortent leur premier EP, Wolves, en 2018 qui comptabilise rapidement près de2 millions de streams. Festivals, premières parties et première tournée allemande se jouant à guichets fermés, le groupe se fait petit à petit un nom à l’international. Leur album est attendu en avril 2020.
STONE OF A BITCH – Roses
Stone of a Bitch est un duo indé, mixte, de rock électro-percussif. Il est fondé sur un double stack instrumental : une stack électrique ‘traditionnelle’ (guitares, amplis, effets) et une stack électro (sampler, séquenceur, groove machine, synthés). Chacun des membres gère une stack. Aux machines, Chris(telle), chanteuse, assure également le lead vocal ; tandis que Loïc, guitariste, est aux backing vocals. Ce concept permet d’établir un pont entre des univers a priori pas évidents à réunir, en mélangeant des ingrédients de groove (beats, samples…), de mélodie (chants, solos…), et d’excitants (distorsions, filtres…). Un laboratoire de sons, idéal pour fusionner les influences diverses des musiciens (rock, trip hop, blues, rap, soul). Leur nouvel EP Intimalicious est sorti le 7 mars. A découvrir.
AVATAR – The King welcomes you to Avatar Country
The King et son orchestra d’élite connu sous le nom d’Avatar, viennent de lancer sur la toile Legend Of Avatar Country: A Metal Odyssey, un court-métrage directement inspiré de l’album du même nom disponible sur YouTube. Le groupe ne pouvait imaginer une plus belle manière de clore la glorieuse histoire d’Avatar Country !
Après le succès remporté en France dans des festivals tels que le Hellfest, le Download, ou le Motocultor, en 1ère partie de Slipknot et, surtout, en tête d’affiche à travers tout l’Hexagone, Avatar est actuellement en studio avec le producteur Jay Ruston afin de mettre en boîte le successeur d’Avatar Country. Nouvel album prévu pour le courant de l’année 2020 !

For the release of their 11th album GIGATON, the American band Pearl Jam announces Gigaton Listening Experience – an exceptional audio-visual event that will take place on March 25, in more than 200 cinemas equipped in Dolby Atmos format. In France, six Kinepolis theatres will present this event in Fenouillet, Lomme, Metz, Nancy, Nimes and Brétigny sur Orge. The Gigaton Listening Experience offers the opportunity to discover the new album full length in dolby Atmos. This immersive listening session will allow Pearl Jam fans to immerse themselves in this record and enjoy it in particularly exceptional conditions and that 2 days before the official release of this highly anticipated new album, on March 27, 2020, at Republic Records (a division of Universal Music Group)
The Listening to the album will be illustrated by a series of visuals created and chosen for the occasion by artist and director Evolve, who also directed the music video for the first single Dance of the Clairvoyants. Pearl Jam continues their long-time creative collaboration with Abramorama Office, organizer of such an event for the fourth time, after “Imagine in Cornice” directed by Danny Clinch in 2007, “Pearl Jam Twenty” directed by Cameron Crowe in 2011 and ” Let’s Play Two” also directed by Clinch in 2017.
As for the first single Dance of the Clairvoyants, Eddie Vedder and his partners in crime are experimenting new creative paths with a more synthetic electro sounds, in addition to powerful guitars and hard-hitting drums.

The French hardcore punk band Pogo Car Crash Control have just unveiled a new single, Tête Bême, the second single out from their new album with the same name which will be released on May 15th. Do you know the AMERICAN TOURS FESTIVAL, a festival 100% culture U.S.? It is a unique event in France that takes place in Tours and offers a total immersion in the world of the United States with concerts, animations and exhibitors. This year it takes place from 3rd to 5th of July with 30 concerts on 4 stages (two outdoors) with a lot of international artists and many musical styles represented.
And on this occasion, PLACEBO will be back to France on 4th of July on the Main Stage. With 12 million albums sold worldwide, and great hits such as “The bitter end” or “Every you every me”, this concert marks the return of one of the most outstanding alternative rock bands of the last 20 years. BLOODHYPE –VIOLENT HEART
Following the powerful single Hate Candidate released in October 2019, BLOODHYPE’s new track, Violent Heart, is a real dive into the 80s synths, a very exciting and nostalgic sounds. Led by the powerful voice of Elmar Weyland, BLOODHYPE was born in a flatshare in the former East Berlin, with the 4 members finding inspiration through their night’s outs.
After months of hard work, they released their first EP, Wolves, in 2018 which quickly counted nearly 2 million streams. Festivals, first parts and the first Sold-out German tour, the band is gradually making a name for itself internationally. Their album is expected in April 2020.
STONE OF A BITCH – Roses
Stone of a Bitch is an indie, mixed, electro rock duo. It is based on a double instrumental stack: a ‘traditional’ electric battery (guitars, amps, effects) and an electro battery (sampler, sequencer, groove machine, synths). Each member manages a stack. At the machines, Christelle (lead vocal also) and Loïc, guitarist and chorus. This concept allows to build a bridge between universes not so similar mixing ingredients of groove (beats, samples…), melody (songs, solos …), and exciting (distortions, filters …). A laboratory of sons, ideal for merging the various influences of musicians (rock, trip hop, blues, rap, soul). Their new EP Intimalicious was released on March 7. To discover.
AVATAR – The King welcomes you to Avatar Country
The King and his elite known as Avatar, have just released on You Tube Legend Of Avatar Country: A Metal Odyssey, a short film directly inspired by the album with the same name.
The band couldn’t have imagined a better way to end the glorious story of Avatar Country! After the success achieved in France at festivals such as Hellfest, Download, or Motocultor, opening for Slipknot or the headlining shows all around France, Avatar is currently in the studio with producer Jay Ruston in order to give a successor to Avatar Country. New album planned for 2020! They will be in concert with Iron Maiden and Airbourne on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at La Défense Arena
