Mercredi soir, ambiance feutré et très intimiste pour la Release Party du duo parisien HoTel, au Silencio, le club très privé de la capitale, crée par David Lynch.
Je vous avais déjà parlé ici d’Anna et de Victor et de leur excellent deuxième EP « Room 102 » sorti le 30 Mars dernier. C’était donc l’occasion de fêter l’événement et écouter les morceaux en live.
Sur la petite scène à l’esthétique mystérieuse très Twin Peaks iene, Anne et Victor habillés en jolis combinaisons : blanc pour la charmante chanteuse et bleu pour le guitariste- compositeur, pilot et copilote de leur univers pop- rock électro séduisant, nous ont embarqué dans un trip tropical original, frais et éclectique.
Accompagnée de leur 3 musiciens, le duo nous a régalé des nouveaux morceaux : Hémoglobine, Perfecto, Digitale, Dust mais aussi Macadame ou Making the Rules, titres de leur précèdent EP, Express Check OUT. Mention spéciale pour la reprise de No G.D.M de Gina X Performance.
Un live impeccable et bien travaillé, complicité et jolie communication. Voix grave, rythmes entraînants, mix synthés – guitare efficaces, déhanchements sensuels, une très belle performance dans une ambiance chaude. Anna descend même au milieu du public pour danser et chanter sur Silence Tuner.
En conclusion, l’épreuve Release Party réussi avec brio pour HoTeL. Nous espérons de les revoir bientôt sur scène. Bravo !

Wednesday night, very intimate and cosy atmosphere for the Release Party of the Parisian duo HoTel at Silencio, the very private club designed by David Lynch.
I have already introduced you here, Anna and Victor and their excellent second EP “Room 102” released on March 30. It was now an opportunity to celebrate the event and listen to the song live.
On the small stage, mysterious and very Twin Peaks aesthetics, Anna and Victor dressed in lovely jumpsuits, white for the charming singer and blue for the guitarist – composer, pilot and co-pilot of their pop-rock electro attractive universe, embark us in a tropical original, fresh and eclectic trip.
Accompanied by their 3 musicians, the band performed new tracks: Hemoglobine, Perfecto, Digital, Dust but also Macadame or Making the Rules, titles that we can find on their previous EP, Express Check OUT. Special mention for the cover of No G.D.M of Gina X Performance.
A flawless live show, complicity and nice communication. Deep voice, catchy rhythms, efficient mix synths – guitar, swaying sensual, a very good performance in a warm atmosphere. Anna goes down even in the middle of the audience to dance and sing on Silence Tuner.
In conclusion, the test Release Party has been totally succeeded by HoTeL. We hope to see again them soon on stage. Bravo!
